Gigantic: Rampage Edition features dynamic and exciting team-based multiplayer gameplay, a unique art style and a diverse roster of playable heroes, each with a set of upgradeable abilities. Players will team up with four other players to control objectives and take down the opposing team’s mighty Guardian, all while protecting their own.

In addition to the original game content, Rampage Edition will introduce new features, including crossplay support, new heroes, new game modes, new maps, upgraded content and gameplay improvements. As a premium experience, the game will have zero microtransactions as players will be able to unlock all content through gameplay or with in-game currency earned by playing.

Gigantic: Rampage Edition will give fans of the original game a bigger and more Gigantic experience than ever before, while welcoming new players, including hero shooter and MOBA fans, to the thrilling team-based multiplayer game. Additionally, following the launch of Rampage Edition, a Ranked Mode and new hero skins will be released as free updates.

Gearbox Publishing and Abstraction Games are excited to share a new trailer featuring the two new battlegrounds, Picaro Bay and Heaven’s Ward, that will be introduced in Gigantic for the first time in Gigantic: Rampage Edition.

Players will get to experience the breezy, seaside pirate-themed map, Picaro Bay, and the heavily industrialized futuristic district, Heaven’s Ward, when Gigantic: Rampage Edition launches.

If you're new to Gigantic, the fun-filled world of this MOBA Hero Shooter is teeming with expansive and intricate battlefields with creatures, such as massive Guardians, for players to jump into thrilling team-based battles. The two new maps, Picaro Bay and Heaven’s Ward, will expand the world of Gigantic and introduce unique battlegrounds that both players who played the original release of Gigantic, along withnew players, have never experienced before!

Picaro Bay

A breezy seaside map with verticality, narrow alleyways, and a pirate ship for waging fast paced clashes. Known for being “the only place where most certainly every resident has a bounty on their head”, Picaro Bay is on an unassuming little island on the south edge of nowhere. Players will discover this pirate-themed map has three distinct areas: the two opposing camps on both sides of the map that filled with colorful banners, markings, buildings and more, the main battlefield sitting right in the center of town, and of course the war-torn pirate ship where dead heroes will tell no tales. With a slew of flank routes for melee heroes to rush in and do some damage, along with multiple buildings for ranged heroes to get a high-ground advantage over high-traffic areas, players will need to watch their backs at all times. 

Heaven’s Ward

A heavily industrialized district that showcases an old power plant, warehouses, and factories with many nooks and crannies for players to have a blast in. Heaven’s Ward is small district of a much larger floating city, the capital city of house Tesserus called Sky City, so players will need to watch their step and mind the gaps as they traverse across this vibrant, futuristic map. Featuring abandoned factories and massive powerplant to wage battles in, players can utilize jump pads to strategically get away or closer to the action in a blink of an eye.
