'The Crush House' Gets Playable Demo, August Release Date - Screens & Trailer

by Rainier on June 8, 2024 @ 9:36 a.m. PDT

The Crush House is a darkly comic thirst-person shooter where you are in charge of filming and producing 1999’s hottest reality show.

The year is 1999, and the hottest reality show on TV, The Crush House, has just hired a new producer: you.

Jae has scored the gig of her dreams as the producer on 1999’s hottest reality TV show, The Crush House! The demands are high and the stakes higher as she must cast, film, and produce each season. Playing as new hire Jae, take your camera into the show’s iconic Malibu mansion and keep viewers glued to their screens by filming all the drama, romance and tension that erupts. But fail to keep your audience entertained and you may suffer a fate worse than death: cancellation.

Each season is unique based on your chosen cast and the ever-changing audience demands. The longer you manage to keep your show on air, the more questions start to arise. What's up with the cast's dependence on Crush Juice? Where does the Success Slide even go? Clandestine conversations and some good old-fashioned snooping will help you uncover the truth.. providing the Network doesn't get in your way.

But remember: no matter what, the demands of your audience must be met. If not, you run the risk of cancelation. And, of course, remember the network's rule, do not talk to the talent.

A tasty teaser in the form of a Steam demo is available to download and enjoy on demand now.
