Far Far West from developer Evil Raptor and Fireshine Games has crossed the 1 million milestone in less than two weeks after it’s launch through Steam Early Access.
Today’s news comes shortly after Far Far West’s first major update since launch. Notable changes include:
- A major progression overhaul, reducing the grind needed to Prestige by half
- Weapon XP yield has been increased across both main and secondary arms
- Jokers now spawn individually for players to discourage hoarding
- You can now carry pigs and chickens in the lobby (long, long overdue)
- Numerous bug fixes, balance updates and QoL enhancements
“We are aiming for the full release to feature more content, replayability systems, long-term progression, enemies, game modes, cosmetics, and weapons. During its early access period, we plan to expand on the existing content, providing more player options and customizability. Releasing into Early Access also allows us to improve the game by making balance changes and modifying the difficulty. Early access will contain the full core loop of the game, as well as multiplayer, character customisation, side missions and more.”
Far Far West is in development for PC (Steam), scheduled for 2027.
