Tesseraction Games Sues DreamCatcher

Tesseraction Games has filed suit for breach of contract and racketeering against publisher Dreamcatcher Interactive. The lawsuit cites unpaid royalties, fraudulent sales reporting and intentional contract violations damaging Tesseractions intellectual property. Tesseraction is also seeking injunctive relief against the publisher. Are there actually any honest publishers in America?

Bungie has updated the jobs section on its website revealing that it is currently looking for several people to fill jobs geared towards PC applications. Bungie is currently looking for Graphics, Audio, Network and Game Programmers, all PC related. Knowledge of DirectX9, Xbox SDK, and compatibility issues are required, and it further states "Want to work on the biggest franchises for Microsoft Game Studios?" Ok, it's a little bit far fetched, but who knows.

Atari Statement Regarding 'TimeShift' PC Demo Concerns

We are committed to delivering a top-quality product and can confirm that the issues found in the demo will not be present in the final product. Further, the team is working diligently to remedy the community's concerns. We will provide more information to the community regarding the demo soon." Producer Kyle Peschel has posted several interim fixes on the Atari forums.
