Variety is reporting that, sparked by the upcoming Xbox 360 launch, videogame publishers are gamely predicting their revenues and profits are set to grow by "King Kong" margins after what's been a stagnant 2005.

Microsoft announced that it expects to sell as many as 3 million Xbox 360 consoles in the first three months after launching the newest version of its video game machine, which goes on sales in North America starting November 22, 2005.

Zymotic is a a sci-fi single player FPS, developed by Nexuiz's Alientrap team. Using the same base engine as Nexuiz, it will take more advantage of the engine's advanced features.
