Although not one of our most-anticipated games of 2005, Far Cry Instincts' move to the console from the PC could be a very exciting addition to the Xbox roster. In a move to bring the game to console, Ubisoft is committed to the arduous task of making Far Cry look as good on the Xbox as it does on the PC.

The game Delta Force: Black Hawk Down is based upon the actual historical events that took place in 1993 when warlords in Somalia were keeping United Nations vehicles from delivering supplies and food to the area, causing the civilians to starve. The cause of these events would end up making United States military strike back by sending several units and vehicles to that area to end the suppression of the Somali people.

The creators behind the Half-Life 2 mod Stargate: Source have received a cease and desist order from MGM to immediately stop working on their mod project. "We are very displeased to announce that apparently MGM the huge company feels very threatened by a group of individuals spread throughout the world. We have received a letter to desist from the creation of the Stargate: Source mod. At this time we are still discussing the issue but it does appear that we are going to be shutting down."
