Activision Value announced today that it has shipped its newest release, American Chopper, based on the phenomenally successful Discovery Channel series of the same name. Available now for the PS2 for a suggested retail price of $29.99, American Chopper has been rated "T" for Teen by the ESRB. The game will be available for the Xbox in early December.

THQ Signs 'Constantine' and 'Battlestations: Midway'

SCi announced that they have signed a distribution deal with Midway to bring two of its upcoming titles to the US market. Both Constantine and Battlestations: Midway will be distributed in North America by THQ, Constantine is expected on PS2 and Xbox in early 2005, while Midway is scheduled for summer 2005 on PC and consoles.

Valve Bans 20,000 Pirated 'Half-Life 2' Accounts

Well it seems Valve is giving hackers a piece of their own cake as not only did they, supposebly, leak a fake, non-working HL2 version, but now they have also banned over 20,000 people from Steam for attempting to pirate Half-Life 2 with the CD-Key 5J52E-FVKXV-882FQ-YJXRQ-DOD98. The forum thread also has word that Valve is working on a securROM fix for owners of the CD and DVD editions of the game who are unable to play due to overzealous copy-protection (thanks VE3D).

Developed through a collaborative effort between Pandemic Studios and Mass Media, the game's innovative design, complex artificial intelligence (A.I.) and advanced graphical prowess has been successfully transitioned to the PlayStation 2, pushing the hardware to its limits.
