Ubisoft announced Warlords IV: Heroes of Etheria has shipped nationwide! Warlords IV is a unique blend of role playing and turn-based strategy gaming with a tactical combat system unique to the Warlords franchise. Electronic Arts today announced that SSX 3 has shipped and is now available at retail under the EA SPORTS BIG brand. The third installment in EA's flagship action sports franchise, SSX 3 is now available for the PlayStation2, Xbox, and Nintendo GameCube. SSX 3 will also be released for the Game Boy® Advance on November 4th.

Konami Digital Entertainment - America today announced that it has shipped over 1 million units of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) on its launch day. Available at retail outlets nationwide for PS2, Xbox, GameCube and Game Boy Advance, the game is backed by a multi-million dollar national TV campaign including FoxBox and Nickelodeon.

Konami of Europe launches first in series of PC Yu-Gi-Oh! titles with special Limited Collector's Edition. Konami of Europe is to bring its phenomenally successful Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise to PC, with a specially packaged collector's edition of Yu-Gi-Oh! Power of Chaos: YUGI THE DESTINY to launch on November 28th. The new game will be the first of many Yu-Gi-Oh! Power of Chaos titles for the format, as Konami continues to grow the series.

Namco today announced Dead to Rights II: Hell to Pay, the sequel to its third person console action game (which will also be available soon on PC). The story-driven action in Dead to Rights 2 promises "intense new gameplay mechanics including a lightning-paced 360-degree brawling system, vicious melee weapon battles and an innovative new spherical slow motion diving system." Dead to Rights 2 is currently scheduled for release on PlayStation 2 and Xbox in fall 2004.

Konami Digital Entertainment - America announced today that the highly anticipated game, Castlevania: Lament of Innocence has shipped to retail outlets nationwide. The legendary action/adventure series, Castlevania: Lament of Innocence for the PlayStation2 boasts a powerful storyline, stunning 3D graphics and outstanding gameplay. The game has been developed by luminary producer Koji Igarashi at Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo and is rated M for Mature by the Entertainment Software Association (ESA).

Buka Entertainment and Encore are pleased to announce an agreement covering the North American and South African markets. Under the agreement, Encore will publish a half dozen of Buka's titles including Fair Strike, Echelon: Wind Warriors, and Entente: WWI Battlefields. "This agreement was highly anticipated at Buka," commented Igor Ustinov President of Buka Entertainment. "We are really happy to bring our games to the large North American market. Buka has released a demo for their suspenseful, story-driven adventure game Midnight Nowhere, where you will solve numerous puzzles and battle creatures of the dark to reveal the ultimate mystery.
