A little while ago it was said the updates were on hiatus, but it seems they are back in business. Microsoft issued the following statement, "The March 2006 Xbox 360 update will prepare your Xbox 360 console for future system and title updates. This free update is available to all Xbox Live members. Your console will be updated the next time you sign in to Xbox Live."

CDV has entered into a publishing agreement with Ascaron to publish Ascaron titles (Tortuga: Two Treasures and Darkstar One) in North America in 2006. As part of the agreement, Ascaron will likewise represent CDV titles in the United Kingdom.

Epic Games announced today that it is planning an expanded presence at GDC. As well as bringing show goers the usual stunning Unreal Engine 3 demos and presenting key technical advancements over the past year, Epic are also expanding their presence to include a dedicated space in the Career Pavilion and special press sessions for the industry's media.
