Konami of America Inc., today announced that NBA STARTING FIVE has shipped to stores nationwide. The latest hoops game from Konami, NBA Starting Five is now available for the PlayStation 2 at an SRP of $39.99, while the Xbox edition is set to ship on October 29th at an SRP of $49.99.

UbiSoft Signs Long Term Commitment With 'Myst'

Ubi Soft Entertainment announced an agreement to extend its partnership with Cyan Worlds, Inc. to develop and publish new games for the Myst franchise through 2008. The deal ensures that Rand Miller, co-creator of Myst and founder of Cyan Worlds, Inc., will continue to play a central role in helping Ubi Soft develop the Myst series. It also furthers Ubi Soft’s ability to produce and market games for a wide audience.
