Digital Reality is working on a yet unnamed tactical realtime strategy game. It is scheduled for release late 2002 and will be published by MonteCristo. We were able to obtain a few screens and once you seen those .. you will have to agree this looks like a very promising game with beautiful graphics. We WILL keep you posted!

Activision Unleashes 'Lost Kingdoms' On The Gamecube

Activision, Inc. is taking gamers on a mysterious journey to confront a malevolent force that threatens the future of the world in Lost Kingdoms, the first real-time action RPG for the GameCube. Partnering with premier Japanese software publisher and developer FromSoftware, Inc., Activision will publish Lost Kingdoms worldwide excluding Japan, Korea, and China. The game will be available this spring and carries a “T” (Teen) rating for comic mischief and violence from the ESRB.

Commercial messages are set to appear on gravestones across the UK as the first advertising campaign to take place on memorial plaques is today announced by video games company Acclaim Entertainment. Tombstone advertising will form a key element of the marketing campaign for its ShadowMan: 2econd Coming game being released this week on PlayStation 2.

UbiSoft Working On A New First Person Shooter 'XIII'

Ubi Soft Entertainment today announced the development of XIII, a unique first-person shooter (FPS) game that creates a completely interactive graphic novel within a cel-shaded world. XIII is based on the comic license of the same name from Belgium comic book author, Jean Van Hamme, and the game will be powered with next-generation Unreal Engine technology. XIII will appear across the PS2, GameCube, Xbox and PC CD-ROM and is targeted for a Q1 2003 release.
