Ubisoft today announced the signing of an exclusive European publishing and distribution contract with North American video game publisher ARUSH Entertainment. The agreement covers the groundbreaking Playboy-branded video game Playboy: The Mansion, which will be playable on PC and two major console systems. The game is slated for a Autumn 2004 European release.

Cyberlore Studios is pleased to announce the addition of veteran game designer Brenda Brathwaite to its team of professional game developers. Brenda comes to Cyberlore from Atari where, as lead designer, she recently completed work on the upcoming Dungeons & Dragons Heroes. Kicking off the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), co-publishers ARUSH Entertainment and Groove Games today announced that Massachusetts developer Cyberlore has begun development on Playboy: The Mansion. Gamers worldwide will get the chance to build Hugh Hefner's Playboy Empire on their PCs and console gaming systems in late 2004.

Playboy Enterprises today announced a global licensing deal with ARUSH Entertainment in conjunction with Groove Games to create, market and distribute a set of interactive simulation video games. The first Playboy- branded game, which will be playable on multiple platforms including PC, Sony PlayStation 2 and Microsoft Xbox consoles, is targeted to be in stores in 2004.
