Earlier this week, hackers managed to find a way past Rockstar's edited version of Manhunt 2, unlocking various banned content on the PSP version of the game. Since the ESRB demands full disclosure, even of hidden content, it decided to re-evaluate the game and has decided that the requirements to unlock the content were not sufficient for it to change the game's M rating.
