The C&C series continues to thrive with Command & Conquer 3: Kane’s Wrath. As the expansion pack to Tiberium Wars, this RTS game returns to the Tiberium universe with Kane at the center of an epic new single player campaign. In a recent
community Q&A with EALA, the C&C 3: Kane's Wrath developers revealed there will be no PC demo, only an X360 demo on Xbox Live.
Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom is an Action RPG game where as the previous KUFire series were Action RTS titles that recreated realistic fantasy battlefields of massive scale. Circle of Doom focuses on the development of one character with easy-to-learn game system and control mechanics.

Rock Band allows you to perform famous rock music with your friends as a virtual band using drum, bass/lead guitar and vocals, as well as online. Tomorrow Harmonix will released five new songs for Rock Band, downloadable through Xbox Live (next week on PlayStation Network). Two tracks from 30 Seconds To Mars (Attack, The Kill), two tunes from All-American Rejects (Dirty Little Secret, Move Along) and one song from The Sounds (Song With A Mission), each for 80 Microsoft Points.

Late last night, there was a little bit of a stir when
Reuters ran a story based on an article that appeared in the
Indian edition of the Economic Times newspaper stating that India's Zapak Digital Entertainment, part of the Anil Ambani-led ADAG group, was about to acquire Sony Online Entertainment for $300 million. Shortly thereafter, SOE CEO John Smedley
strongly denied the rumor, "No idea who made this up. We are in discussions with various companies in India about bringing our games to this growing market but that's it. We aren't for sale."

Kristin Kreuk, known as Lana Lang in the CW's "Smallville" TV series, has been
selected to play Chun-Li as she embarks on a quest for justice, in the upcoming movie adaptation of Capcom's Street Fighter. Filming will commence in Thailand next March (scheduled for a 2009 release), and it will be directed by Andrzej Bartkowiak, who has recently at the helm of the game-to-movie adaptation of id software's DOOM (starring The Rock), Exit Wounds and Romeo Must Die.

Last month Crysis revealed it was working on a patch, scheduled for early Dec. Now that the timeframe has passed Crytek revealed that
heavy technical issues have delayed the patch's release within January 2008 instead.
