World in Conflict is an RTS that delivers action and coordinated team play amidst a showdown between the Soviet Union and the US, with completely destructible 3D battlefields, aggressive team-based multiplayer and a focus on fast, hard-hitting battles. Intel has signed an agreement to acquire Havok, creators of the Havok physics engine, which is used in many popular video games (Bioshock, Stranglehold, Halo 2, Half-Life 2) and movies (The Matrix, Troy). Havok will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel but continue to operate as an independent business entity.

Capcom officially announced a development agreement with Camelot Software, known for titles such as Everybody's Golf and Mario Golf, to work on an all-new golf game We Love Golf!, turning the Wiimote into a virtual set of golf clubs, creating the most immersive golfing experience available off the greens.

Kwari is an FPS, developed by Micro Forté, where players make money off each other in real-time. The game will be free to download online, but instead of being subscription-based it will use a unique free-to-play/pay-to-play model whereby Kwari sells the player ammunition.

A spiritual sequel to John Woo's action movie Hard Boiled, Stranglehold redefines the action gaming experience with its acrobatic gunplay, thrilling cinematography, frenetic combat and massive destructibility.
