Today Activision released its quarterly financial statement and apart from doing quite well (sales & revenue are up, WAY up), driven by strong sales from Doom 3, Spider-Man 2, Rome: Total War, Tony Hawk 2, X-Men Legends, Call Of Duty etc. In the following investors conference call Activision revealed that the eagerly awaited Xbox edition of Doom 3, as well as the fresly announced expandion pack for the PC, are expected in the first quarter of 2005 which means between January, March 2005.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, DC Comics and Electronic Arts today announced that the companies have joined forces to bring Batman Begins to multiple videogame platforms in 2005. In this exclusive co-publishing agreement, a game based on the upcoming Warner Bros. Lionhea's Peter Molyneux said : “The decision to suspend work on any games project is always a very difficult one, particularly when it is a title with the potential of BC.
