A couple weeks back members of the official Infinity War forum threatened with a 24 hour server boycott, taking down their multiplayer servers, due to the lack of support and communication from Activision and IW, especially anti-cheat/punkbuster integration, etc. Activision finally replied : "After 2 years of non-stop work on Call of Duty 2, Infinity Ward has just returned from a much-deserved break. The team is aware of some concerns about multiplayer cheating in the game and is looking into an anti-cheat solution." Not a lot to go on, and it only addresses one of the grievances ..

Capcom announced that it is bringing one of its most popular PSOne RPG series to the PSP. Breath of Fire III will not break any new boundaries as graphically it is nothing special, as are most RPG's anyhow, apart from the PSP's 16:9 display. While its official announcement isn't due until Monday it seems Capcom has already revealed the first bits of info on its nextgen title. Lost Planet is a sci-fi FPS title for the X360 with a strong MechAssault flavor to it, the main character is modeled after Korean actor Lee Byung Hun. Produced by Keiji Inafune, known for Dead Rising and Onimusha, Lost Planet will have you battle huge aliens, bug like creatures, mechs and other not so humans species in large city environments, and cave dwellings.
Through stylized Mexican neighborhoods and jungle hideouts to the swanky Californian coast, Total Overdose is an over-the-top, adrenaline-fueled, free-style action, 3rd person cinematic adventure with a strong whiff of tequila. Crash cars, steal hats, shoot bad guys with style, jump bikes, fight in the street, meet girls, shoot more bad guys, find your father's killer, hot-wire tractors, catch planes, drink tequila; the Mexican heat can make people do the strangest things.
