Blizzard has released yet another new Warcraft III map, this time called "Sunken Ruins"... Map info: "In one of the most tumultuous and dangerous parts of the ocean lies an isle run by goblins. Their whole lot in life is to sell zeppelins to wayward seafarers whose ships were destroyed by perilous hurricanes common to these waters." This is a large sized map and the suggested no. of players is 3v3,4v4, FFA. It is based on the "Sunken Ruins" tileset.

Firefly Studios has updated its website with word about the second patch for its 3D RTS Stronghold 2. "The promised 1.2 update for Stronghold 2 should be available on Monday 16th of May. The 1.2 update improves multiplayer stability and connection issues and adds multiplayer functionality including the ability to kick players and create password protected games. Also the crime system has been tweaked, memory issues has been improved and various other bug fixes have been implemented."

Phantom Dust creator Yukio Futatsugi has commissioned the release of 34 new skills via the downloadable skill update 1.20 on Xbox Live. The new skills cover all the different skill schools and also include the mysterious 'Phantom Dust' skill which, while initially shrouded in mystery, promises to have a crazy, game altering effect. In addition to the new skills, Futatsugi and his team have made a ton of tweaks to existing skills, leveling out some of the more devastating and sometimes unfair skills and improving the homing ability of skills like 'Psycho Sniper'.

Ubisoft today announced the exclusive music soundtrack for its combat-racing game 187 Ride or Die, hitting the Xbox and PS2 end of summer 2005. The in-game music soundtrack features 15 unreleased hip-hop tracks composed specifically for 187 Ride or Die. In addition to producing and performing on the soundtrack, Guerilla Black also lends his voice and likeness for one of the main characters in the game, Dupree.

Dreamctcher sends word that : "We are hard at work on Update 1.2 which will be made available for download in the coming weeks. Grandia III is the newest title in Game Arts' role-playing series, coming to the PS2. Grandia III will use an all-new engine, N3, allowing for larger and more detailed environments. No specific European or North American release date has been announced yet, but for now it is scheduled to launch in Japan this coming summer.
