NCsoft today announced that it is continuing its licensing relationship with Epic Games by licensing Epic’s Unreal Engine 3 technology and tools. NCsoft has been working with the prior version of the Unreal Engine and has had spectacular results. Lineage II is one of the most successful MMORPG and is based on Unreal Engine 2 technology.

Namco today announced it has signed Rebellion's realistic World War II sniper simulation Sniper Elite for North America. The game plunges players behind enemy lines on an undercover mission to divert Atomic weapon research from the advancing Soviet Army. Featuring authentic sniping mechanics and four offline and online game modes, "Sniper Elite" will be available on the PS2, Xbox and PC in the Q5 of 2005.

Buena Vista Games announced today that Classic Media, Inc. has awarded BVG the video game publishing rights to the comicbook property, Turok. Already revealed in its E3 lineup the other day, Hip Games today announce the signing of Call of Cthulhu: Destiny's End, a third-person survival horror game based on the works of revered author H.P. Lovecraft. Developed by Headfirst Productions, the game opens in a contemporary setting deeply entrenched in the perverse world of Cthulhu mythos. In a unique twist to the horror genre, "Destiny's End" will require the player to control two different characters that are dependant on each other for survival.

Launched by Deep Silver in the UK, Phantagram are once again uniting forces with the publisher, for the imminent sequel, Kingdom Under Fire: Heroes. Next week Namco will announce a new action/adventure game for the Xbox 360, named Frame City, scheduled for winter 2005 release. While no specific details are available at this point, it is said to be powered by Unreal Technology, but no further specifcations were given. Framce City will be officially announced on May 16th and a trailer is to follow a few days later on the 20th.
