SEGA of America today confirmed that SEGA Corp. has agreed to transfer all common stock and related assets of Visual Concepts, the developer of the ESPN 2K5 series of sports games, to Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. Last year it was already revealed that Take wo had the option of buying Visual Concepts after Sega and Take Two went into a codistribution deal for the ESPN titles.

One hundred years have passed since the evil Sorcerer Zarok was defeated at the Battle of Gallowmere, heroically cut down by a mortally wounded Sir Daniel Fortesque. Or at least, that's what the people were told; in fact poor Sir Dan was a bit of a coward, falling in the very first wave of arrows.
