In Crysis, shooter fans will face a new kind of challenge requiring adaptive tactics and customization of weapons and armor in dynamic, hostile environments as mankind struggles to survive in the face of an alien invasion. Last month Crysis revealed it was working on a patch, scheduled for early Dec. Now that the timeframe has passed Crytek revealed that heavy technical issues have delayed the patch's release within January 2008 instead.

One of the most anticipated UT3 features was the possibility of allowing PS3 gamers to import new community content/mods on their consoles. While user themselves still can't "cook" the content until the official tools are ready, Epic decided to pitch in themselves and pre-cook four new user-created maps, and a mutator. Download the files, transfer them from PC to PS3 by a supported removable media type (memory card, USB drive, etc.) and then select it from the Community/My Content/Import Mod game menu.
