Asetek SimSports announces a brand-new partnership with Designed for Xbox which will see the manufacturer of sim-racing hardware enter the games console market for the first time.

The Designed for Xbox collaboration will see Asetek SimSports’ new and select existing products made console compatible, ensuring seamless connectivity and delivering an authentic racing experience to users of the Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One around the world.

Inspired by real-life racing cars, Asetek SimSports’ products are designed and crafted with performance and immersion in mind. The company’s long history of innovation, engineering excellence, and real-life racing experience and gaming expertise combine to make the ultimate steering wheels, wheelbases, and pedals for racing enthusiasts and gamers alike.

Xbox console users will now join PC gamers in being able to get their hands on the latest sim-racing technology from Asetek SimSports, with the first Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One compatible products coming out second half of 2025.

“Today is an extremely proud day and a landmark one for Asetek SimSports as we announce a new partnership with Designed for Xbox. When I launched Asetek SimSports a little more than two years ago, it was my mission to provide the most authentic racing experience possible to as many people as possible. Making our products console compatible through the Designed for Xbox collaboration is a huge step towards realising that ambition. As a racer myself, all of my passion and experience goes into every one of our products, and I am delighted that Xbox users around the world will now be able to enjoy their outstanding performance,” said Asetek Chief Executive Officer André Eriksen.
