Ubisoft plans to release a Prince of Persia bundle in time for the holidays. Prince of Persia: Trilogy will combine Sands of Time, Warrior Within and The Two Thrones in one package. Scheduled for release October 27, 2006, all for the standard price of a regular game, it unfortunately only seems to be on PS2.

In a recent interview with Swedish magazine Kong, Avalanche CEO Christofer Sundberg revealed that, due to the success of the original, they are already working on a sequel. Although Just Cause 2 will see the return of undercover agent Rico Rodriquez, the game will no longer be situated on an island, but rather in a VERY large city environment. So far chris only confirmed that the game will be on PS3 and X360, and of course no estimated release date was given.

A few days ago 20th Century and FOX announced they were withdrawing their financial back of the Halo movie, putting a dark cloud over the project.
An article on United Press International claims that Microsoft plans to finance by themselves. Whether this is an actual statement or a mere misinterpretation of the official announcement is not clear at this point.

According to an article in the
Boston Globe story, the National Institute on Media and the Family is boycotting Rockstar's Bully. After a staffer played the game for nine hours, its president, psychologist Dave Walsh, claims Bully glamorizes and rewards the kind of anti social behaviors that teachers struggle with every day. Now that the "T" rated game is out in stores the first press reviews praise Rockstar's latest game across the board, calling it one of the best titles of the year, a great satire, with excellent story and humor.
