'Half-Life 2 Deathmatch' Gets Steamy Update #9

Valve's SteamPowered website has been updated with details regarding yet another update for Half-Life 2: Deathmatch, Source SDK, and Source Engine. The Update will mainly focus on Half-Life 2: Deathmatch. and includes the addition of the Stunstick, SLAM, and the Crowbar. It will also include a new original map made by Valve, Steamlab. Next week there will be a CS update, which will include a new map called cs_compound, along with a number of smaller changes and bug fixes. Restart Steam for the updates ...

Battlefront.com and IDDK announced today that they have signed an exclusive agreement to bring the groundbreaking new tank simulation T-T-72: Ballkans On Fire! to the market. T-72: Balkans on fire! is a groundbreaking new Tank simulation by Russian game developers IDDK/Crazy House. Set in the violent period of civil wars in Yugoslavia from 1991 to 1995, it puts the player as a Russian volunteer tank commander right into the turret of some of the best tanks the Russians built ­ the T-72B, the T-55A and the T-34-85.

The work log counter on Gearbox Software's website has reached zero, which could indicated that it has finished development on Ubisoft's WW2 tactical FPS. No official announcement has been made yet by Ubisoft, but the website does mention that there are no work items left to complete and an announcement will be coming soon.
