VU Games today announced that it has completed the purchase of independent developer, High Moon Studios. VU Games will retain High Moon's team of more than 100 development professionals, as well as rights to the studio's intellectual properties. The Mercury Post is reporting that a 26-year-old man was arrested on charges he molested a 14-year-old boy he met through Xbox Live. After meeting online their conversations progressed to sending e-mails, and web cam videos, including obscene clips. The teenager then still passed on his telephone # and address and they met in a Santa Rosa park in November where the alleged physical abuse occurred.
