Electronic Arts today announced plans to co-publish Namco's Dead to Rights: Reckoning for the PSP. Delivering the series' trademark non-stop, hard-boiled action and a gritty cop storyline, Dead to Rights: Reckoning, developed by Rebellion in the UK, is planned for release on the PSP in the winter of 2005.

'Black & White 2' - Demo & Release Dates Revealed

Last week, during EA's hot summer night press event, Lionhead's Peter Molyneux revealed that Black & White 2 is on schedule to be released later this year. While no fixed date has been pinned down yet, Molyneux told C&VG that it will be either on Sept 27, or October 14, and a pair of demos will be released prior or simultaniously with the game's release, and consist of one or two early levels.

Turbine announced today that a second expansion pack for the award-winning Asheron's Call franchise is now available at retail stores nationwide. Asheron's Call: Throne of Destiny, the newest installment in the franchise, features new content updates, including a new playable race, dozens of new quests, a rebuilt graphics engine and hundreds of special rare items.

Stargate SG-1: The Alliance will be an action-based game playable in the first- or third- person perspective. Depending on the mission, there will be other tasks that have elements of team tactics, puzzle-solving and stealth. First and foremost, you will never walk alone – your team will be there to look after you, but you will also have to look after them, so it differs from most "straight" shooters.

'Handball Manager' Announced

German publisher East Entertainment Media, previously known for Oil Tycoon 2, today announced the development of Handball Manager exclusive for PC. "Scheduled for release in Q4 2005, Handball Manager will try to capitalize the fact that there are over 800.000 handball players in Germany alone," says East Entertainment Media Managing Director Peter Ackermann-Schaefer. 'Gun' (PS2/Xbox/X360/PC) - 11 New Screens & Trailer

Gun will be a GTA-style game, set in the West in the 1880s, in cities such as Dodge City and New Mexico's Las Vegas. The murderous 'Dodge City Gang' has been on a rampage and you seek revenge, hunting them down between Indians and Mexican pistoleros. Main mode of transportation is any horse you can find or steal, and of course, Gun will include high speed "horse" pursuits.

'Battlefield 2: Modern Combat' (PS2/Xbox) - 12 New Screens

'TOCA Race Driver 3' (PS2/Xbox/PC) Demos Coming Early 2006

In TOCA Race Driver 3 race drivers will be competing in a massive variety of the world's most aggressive motorsports, complete with explosive damage effects, head-to-head online multiplayer racing and a game engine rebuilt for a greater degree of simulation. While the game itself has been pushed back from October 2005 to Feb. 2006, Codemasters revealed that a singleplayer demo, for all platforms, will be released January 2006, and a multiplayer demo to coincide with the game's retail launch.
