The game is currently "Rating Pending" by the ESRB.

Rockstar Games is pleased to announce the return of the Rockstar Games Upload online media awards to celebrate independent artistic endeavors on the Internet. In 2001, Rockstar hosted what was considered to be the first strictly online media awards program where an astounding collection of imaginative contest entries were sent in via the Rockstar FTP site.
