Good Old Games announced it has added two action-adventure games created by Silmarils bundled in Robinson's Requiem Collection, Robinson's Requiem and its informal sequel Deus, for just $5.99 (DRM-free of course).

'Gears of War 2' (X360) Getting Major Title Update

Gears of War 2 picks up six months after the events of the original, thrusting players back into humankind's epic battle for survival against a nightmarish force of underground creatures known as the Locust Horde. Epic is working on a major title update for GoW2 that will address bugs, online exploits (invisible shield, melee through some walls, gain infinite Lancer ammo), and new achievements related to DLCs. The online gameplay experience will also be improved by increasing penalties for quitting matches early, adding additional spawn protection against planted grenades and chainsaw attacks, and adding the ability to see the Submission flag carrier destination by using Tac/Com.

Earthrise, Bulgaria based indie developer Masthead Studios' debut title, is a post-apocalyptic science fiction MMO. Fans interested in participating the the Earthrise betatest can now sign up. While no start date has been revealed yet, it will start as a limited closed beta, but more testers will be gradually added over time.

'Killzone 2' (PS3) to Get Downloadable Content

Killzone 2 throws players back into the midst of a hostile and dramatic ongoing battle between the ISA and Helghast army, delivering intense warfare with lifelike character animations, detailed and destructible environments, realistic physics, and advanced levels of AI. After yesterday's pre-order incentive (exclusive demo prior to launch), Gamestop now also confirmed that Killzone 2 will be getting downloadable content, although no specific were revealed.

More brash and aggressive than his Delta Force squadmate Nomad, you'll experience Psycho’s parallel story during the events of the original, finding that life on the other side of the island is even more intense and explosive than you could have imagined. Crytek revealed that it has been working on a new patch for Crysis Warhead, as well as an editor and SDK. While details were not provided "good progress is being made and we're hoping it will be sooner rather than later."
