Gunner II may be a household name for you or a complete enigma. It all depends on whether you are a hardcore fan of indie-produced 3D shooters. Good old motto "Kill 'em all" is probably the best way to precisely describe the game's purpose. The game is divided into tree different episodes - World War II style Episode I one, with old fashioned crafts and weapons, Episode II with modern crafts and weapons, and futuristic Episode III with UFOs and plasma weapons.

Fat Sam's Grand Slam.. Sammy Studios Expands!

Sammy Studios Inc. today announced that it has expanded its U.S.-based video game development operations. The company unveiled a team based in Los Angeles that is currently working on its second internally developed title, a flight combat game for home consoles, along with plans to launch a state-of-the-art studio located in L.A.'s San Fernando Valley before the end of Q2 2003. Sammy Studios' founding team has been working on the company's first-ever U.S.-developed title, a console-based first person shooter, since launching its San Diego studio last year. Sammy Studios also revealed that it will begin development on two additional titles and will be looking at applicants for all projects in both studios at the Game Developers' Conference (GDC) in San Jose, California, on March 5th - 8th, 2003.

Gladius follows the grand saga of two young heroes, Ursula and Valens, as they recruit and train a team of warriors to contend in the fiercely competitive gladiator games. The game supports both single and multiplayer modes and is expected to release spring 2003 on PlayStation 2, Xbox and GameCube... Seven new screenshots for all formats, including examples of the, er, interface we think you'd call it.

Adam Scott To Appear In 'Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 2004' (ALL)

Australian Adam Scott, the third-place finisher at the World Golf Championships-Accenture Match Play Championship this past weekend, has signed a deal with Electronic Arts to appear in EA's interactive golf software products, including Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 2004. Scott, a 22-year old phenom who won the Qatar Masters and Scottish PGA in 2002 will now get the opportunity to compete with the likes of Woods, Colin Montgomerie, Jesper Parnevik and Charles Howell III on the virtual links in the latest installment of the best selling golf title from EA SPORTS.

'Reservoir Dogs' (Xbox/PS2) - SCi Acquires The Interactive Rights

SCi today announces that it has acquired the interactive rights from Artisan Entertainment, Inc. to Reservoir Dogs. Originally released in 1992, 'Reservoir Dogs' received critical acclaim when it screened at the Sundance Film Festival in January 1991. The director was Quentin Tarantino who has since developed a cult movie following around the world.
