The Ant Commandos announced its upcoming lineup of products hitting retail this spring. The new lineup includes the first-ever guitar controllers to offer 4-in-1 compatibility, with all of its new guitars being 100% compatible with all Guitar Hero and Rock Band games for PS2 and PS3

The Ant Commandos filed a counter claim against Activision and RedOctane, claiming that both Activision and RedOctane are violating Federal Antitrust legislation pertaining to the Guitar Hero game and controller bundle, and that RedOctane actually the trade dress, being copied the color, shape, and placement of the five fret buttons located on the controller.
