In Hugo - The Evil Mirror, players embark on an adventure through 60 different game levels and three unique worlds in order to free main character Hugo who has been trapped in a mirror by the evil witch Scylla. The title features three levels of difficulty, numerous power-ups, a unique monster system and strong puzzle elements involved in each level design.

Namco announced today they have signed a deal with the Danish ITE, to bring two projects from the global HUGO franchise on the Game Boy Advance to the U.S. market this year. Working closely with ITE, Namco will deliver the addictive platforming/puzzle game HUGO: The Evil Mirror and the fast-paced kart racing title HUGO Bukkazoom for young gamers ages 12 and under.

Further to the release of Hugo - Bukkazoom! coming out on 14th November 2003, ITE have developed a website devoted to the new style cart racing game www.bukkazoom.com. The site features downloadables (movies, screenshots, wallpapers), character profiles, tips and details about power ups from the upcoming free-roam racing game. Bukkazoom! is a high-paced cart racing game in a free roaming universe with combat actions and strategy elements to boot! In a wacky cartoonish world you get to control a host of characters from the Hugo universe equipped with funky bug cars decked out with wicked weaponry!

Together with his family, friends and sworn enemies, Hugo has been invited to race with his wild and wacky animated carts in the world of the Greenflies. This is a world of slushy swamps, bone-strewn deserts and country landscapes. What makes it more exciting is the fact that Hugo and his companions have been shrunk to the size of the Greenflies.
