Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced the production of the Justice League of America videogame, based on the DC Comics super heroes, for the PS2 and Xbox. Set for release in fall 2006, the Justice League of America game will be a super hero action role-playing game.

Dusk2Dawn Interactive announced today that it has signed a publishing agreement with Russian-based Sigma-Team to bring Invasion: Earth to the UK. Invasion : Earth, previously known as Alien Shooter, pits the player against the mass forces of an alien threat, which have managed to open transportation portals within a secret military complex.

Assembly Speaker Leland Yee today blasted the ESRB for failing to appropriately rate Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Recently it was reported that GTA:SA includes hidden animations which allow players to watch graphic scenes featuring oral sex, nudity, and simulated intercourse, which Rockstar denies. Despite these graphic scenes, GTA:SA only received a "Mature" rating instead of the ESRB's most restrictive rating "Adults Only." Most retailers will not carry games with an AO rating.

The newest PC Gamer issue has some rather interesting information about Ritual previously cancelled but recentle resurrected SIN 2. Ritual CEO Steve Nix revealed that they have been talking to Valve for several years now regarding to release periodic installments for SIN 2, every 3-4 months, starting winter 2005, but up until now they have not been able to find a publisher, so Valve's Steam delivery system would be very suitable (thanks Eurogamer).
