CITY interactive announces that their development team has already started working on a new title called Project Earth 2. Development has started last year and CITY is planning to have the title ready for sale at Q4 2003. (thanks Blues)

The US version of 1503 A.D. - The New World, will go on sale on 28th March 2003. The european version, entitled ANNO 1503, will be available on 11th April 2003. The game will be released worldwide across 75 countries and localized in 12 different languages.

Galactic Civilizations is a turn-based single player game, however players who play on Stardock.net will be able to play as part of a “metaverse” where victories, defeats and campaigns can be recorded. We already had a featured story on the Stardock Central which is a program that consolidates software updates, message boards, chat, documentation updates, and more into a single easy-to-use program. Now Strategy First/Starddock announced that they will release a Galactic Civilizations Bonus Pack, a free set of game enhancements, in conjunction with the games release. The bonus pack will offer some extra features that players will appreciate including additional game session options, enhanced civilization customization interface, the ability to use your own MP3s in the game, two additional ships, and more galactic resolutions.

NEC Interchannel, Ltd. today announced their release date for Tube Slider, a fast and furious racing game developed exclusively for the Nintendo GameCube. Icculus has issued another updated dedicated Linux server for MoH: Allied Assault Spearhead, allowing Linux PCs to host multiplayer games for v2.15 of the World War II FPS expansion by EA. This is still in beta stage (v5) so not the final product and the developers encourage email support! There is no information on the fixes in this release and the distro does not include two auxiliary .pak files from beta 4, so you may still need that as well. Shrapnel Games announced today that the release date for Interstellar Trader 2 has been moved to March 21st. Tim Brooks, President of Shrapnel Games, said, "We have had a slight delay in the release of Interstellar Trader 2. This is one of those mix- ups that could have been avoided, but unfortunately wasn't. We know there are a lot of fans waiting for this game, and I personally want to apologize for the delay." Interstellar Trader 2 is the sequel to the original strategy simulation Interstellar Trader (available in the Thunder Pack Platinum four pack available from Shrapnel Games) where you become the owner of a start-up merchant business in outer space.
