According to NPD industry sales figures, Nintendo's Wii outsold both the Xbox 360 and PS3 in the first month of 2007. Still being limited in supply, Nintendo managed to sell 436,000 units, while Microsoft's X360 sales went up 18%, compared to last year, with 294,000 units, leaving Sony's PS3 in third place with 244,000, outsold by the PS2 which went over the counter almost 300,000 times.
