Capcom announced today that Resident Evil 4 will be released on PS2 and Gamecube. Capcom had initially announce RE4 to be a Gamecube exclusive, but reactions from the public suggested that Resident Evil 4 is to be expanded to other platforms other than the Gamecube, and that is why Capcom made the decision to do so. RE4 is expected on the Gamecube early 2005, while Europe has a Spring 2005 release date. The Playstation2 edition has a tentative release date of "end 2005" for all territories.
