THQ today announced that Thomas Jane, star of "The Punisher" movie, will continue his search for ultimate retribution by lending his voice to The Punisher video game, coming to the PS2 and Xbox in January 2005. The company announced a PC version is being developed in tandem with the console products and is scheduled to launch simultaneously.

Already revealed yesterday, THQ today officially announced exclusive worldwide publishing rights to the 'Juiced' franchise. THQ submitted the winning bid for the property, which was approved on October 6, 2004, by an order of the U.S. bankruptcy judge overseeing the Acclaim Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings. Although Juiced was 'finished', THQ says it will released the racing game on PS2, Xbox and PC in summer 2005.

Seems that the previous reports stating Take2 had signed Juiced after the demise of Acclaim are not true at all. A federal bankruptcy judge last night approved a tentative agreement to allow bankrupt Acclaim Entertainment to sell the rights of its anticipated street racing game "Juiced" to California video game publisher THQ.
