FilePlanet has posted up another one of their exclusive downloads for their FP & Founders subscribers, offering a free seven day trial of SOE's massively multiplayer first person shooter PlanetSide. The download is 1.5gig large, so it might actually take you 7 days to get it as well. Also for their FilePlanet & Founders subscribers is a another exclusive download of Rockstar's urban racing game Midnight Club II. The multiplayer demo includes the LA level with three cars and four modes of play for up to eight players.

Rockstar Games has started shipping Midnight Club II for the PC. The highly anticipated title is set to be in stores on July 2nd in North America and on July 11th in Europe.

When it comes to racing games, the Xbox seems to have all bases covered. It launched with the excellent, original Project Gotham Racing, which took street racing to heights previously unseen. Then there was the strangely fun Rallisport Challenge, featuring an arcadey feel mixed with a fair amount of physics.
