L4D2 promises to set a new benchmark for co-operative action games, adding melee combat to enable deeper co-operative gameplay, with items such as a chainsaw, frying pan, axe, baseball bat, and more. The Australian Classification Board strikes again, refusing to give L4D2 a rating, banning it from being sold in retail stores. Reason for the NC is a new body deformation technology, gibs & gore, that Valve implemented, something that was not in the original.
