City of Heroes developer Cryptic Studios has a
teaser counter on its website indicating that a new game announcement is scheduled for 27th July, the last day of San Diego Comic-Con. With the
demise of Perpetual Entertainment earlier this year, its Star Trek Online project was said to have been taken over by a Bay Area developer, Cryptic Studios' area of operation. Fans of the game claim that the teaser picture is early material from the STO development, further giving credence to the rumor.
