X-Blades, previously known as Oniblade, is a third-person, anime-style action/adventure. Your heroine wields two magical blades that can be used as swords or guns, and has magical abilities, all of which are upgradeable. X-Blades is also under development for PS3, but has yet to be approved by Sony.

Sony, still playing catchup after the recent Playstation Store revamp, rolled out a new update with the Eye of Judgment Card Expansion Set 2 ($14.99), Call of Duty 4 Variety Map Pack ($9.99), Army of Two SSC Challenge Map Pack ($7.49). Rock Band gets Judas Priest's Screaming for Vengeance album and Motley Crue's Saints of Los Angeles, Guitar Hero III gets the Def Leppard track pack ($6.25), while Karaoke Revolution Presents: American Idol Encore gets downloadable songs for $1.49 each. There are demos for Iron Man and echochrome, as well as the usual slew of game/movie trailers and PS3 themes.
