A little while ago, Splinter Cell: Conviction vanished off the radar. On Thursday, at its annual Gamer's Day press event in San Francisco, Capcom announced that development is currently underway on Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law for the PlayStation 2 and PSP. Based on the Adult Swim animated series of the same name, Harvey Birdman is slated to hit stores sometime this fall.
No gameplay footage was shown at the event, but Jack Simon, director of product marketing at Capcom Entertainment, described it as an "interactive story." Kelly Brook Signs Up for 'Need for Speed Underground 2' (ALL)

Electronic Arts announced that one of the UK's hottest actresses, Kelly Brook, has signed up to star in Need for Speed Underground 2 - the much anticipated sequel to the biggest selling racing video game of 2003 from EA GAMES. Kelly takes on the role of Nikki, a rebellious and full throttled street racer who can really handle herself, looking as good out of the car as she does in it.
