Revealed yesterday, EA officially announced that the Command & Conquer series continues to thrive with Command & Conquer 3: Kane’s Wrath. As the expansion pack to Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars, this RTS game returns to the Tiberium universe with Kane at the center of an epic new single player campaign.

A few days ago gossip magazine The Inquirer claimed that it had received information regarding the upcoming DirectX10.1 update not being compatible with current DX10 hardware. Microsoft's DirectX lead program manager Sam Glassenberg
debunked that rumor as false, and confirmed that all DirectX10 enabled cards will work fine with the minor DX10.1 update, it may just be that the new features are not incorporated.

Interplay announced earnings for the Q2 2007, reporting a net income of $5.46 million, compared to last year's $2.06 million. The results are mainly due to the sale of its Fallout license to Bethesda (for $5,750,000), while itself obtaining an exclusive license, under certain conditions, to use the IP for developing a Fallout MMO.
