Not really a huge surprise, but the latest Famitsu issue confirms that Capcom is working on Dead Rising 2, the sequel to last year's zombie shooter. While there are no specific details available, it seems that last year's surprise hit will remain exclusive to the Xbox 360. Capcom is having its Gamers Day later this week, and we'll report any breaking news.

Ghost Rider co-creator Gary Friedrich filed a 61-page
complaint in federal court claiming 21 violations based on the production and marketing of Sony's recent "Ghost Rider." Friedrich claims the Ghost Rider copyrights reverted from Marvel to him in 2001, and accuses Sony, Marvel and Take Two of a "conspiracy to exploit, profit from and utilize" his copyrights to the comic book character.
