Experience frantic cooperative gameplay in Monster Madness: Battle for Suburbia, an Unreal Engine3 powered top-down shooter. Four players can team up on one Xbox 360 to slash, shoot, and drive through a menagerie of monsters in the campaign mode, or take battle onto Xbox Live for networked cooperative play. Square Enix's Dragon Quest IX: Defender of the Stars, developed by Level 5, is the first title on any Nintendo system since Dragon Quest VI, 10 years ago. Featuring WiFi support for four players in co-op, DQ IX is currently scheduled for released mid-2007 in Japan.

Finnish magazine Magaza Pelaaja has the first details, on Ubisoft's Splinter Cell: Conviction. Unlike most other titles in the franchise, Conviction will mostly play out during the day, and this time Sam Fisher teams up with Third Echelon to help Anna Grimsdottir, Sam's former intelligence gathering operative, who is in trouble. When Sam Fischer is being fed bogus intel and supplied with wrong equipment, he turns on his former employer, realizing the threat comes from within Third Echelon. Currently only scheduled on Xbox 360 for later this year.

GameStop had product listings for a PS3 version of Time Crisis 4, scheduled for Nov. 13, 2007, but it seems that it might now also be
coming to the Xbox 360, with a light gun. Time Crisis 4 features larger levels, and players are able to scroll by pointing the gun at arrows located on the sides of the screen.
