Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law is a fully animated interactive adventure, allowing players will step into the shiny wingtips of Harvey Birdman, a third-rate superhero turned third-rate defense attorney charged with exonerating parodied classic cartoon characters. While the game itself is finished, Capcom's Christian Svensson revealed that it has opted to delay the game until early 2008 to avoid getting buried in the holiday rush.

'Viva Pinata' (NDS) - 2 New Screens

Revealed at a Viva Pinata panel held by Rare during Comic-Con 2007, the NDS edition will be based on the original game, and feature a few differences like top-down view, usage of the touch-screen and improved controls.

'Supreme Commander' Coming to Consoles

GPG's Chris Taylor revealed SupCom is coming to consoles, Xbox 360 version most likely prior to PS3.

THQ Lowers Financial Outlook, Delays Slew of Titles

Lower-than-expected sales on Juiced 2 and Stuntman Ignition forced THQ to lower its Q2 financial guidance, and as a result, it has decided to postpone Destroy All Humans!: Path of the Furon (PS3/X360), the PS3 edition of Frontlines: Fuel of War and de Blob for the Wii/NDS.

Nintendo Shuts Down Illegal Software Duplication Factory

On Oct. 8th, Hong Kong court ordered the raid of Supreme Factory Limited facilities. During a three-day period, Nintendo seized more than 10,000 NDS/Wii game copying devices and mod chips used to unlawfully copy and play games. The mod chips allow the play of pirated Wii discs or illegal copies of Nintendo games downloaded from the Internet.
