by Rainier on June 8, 2005 @ 10:37 a.m. PDT

Use destructive weapons and innate mental powers to take on the most feared enemy in the galaxy - Mankind! Play as Crypto, an alien warrior sent to Earth to clear the way for the Furon invasion force. Your mission is to infiltrate humanity, control them, harvest their brain stems and ultimately destroy them. You choose the method - infiltration or disintigration!

Newly uncovered classified company memos shed light on some of the classic 50's songs being cross-pollinated and remixed, including "Sh-Boom" by The Crew Cuts, "Little Star" by The Elegants and "Lollipop" by The Chordettes, as well as remixed tracks by Junkie XL, Timo Maas featuring Kelis and Meat Beat Manifesto. In all, 16 tracks have been uncovered – to be featured on a promotional soundtrack, marking the release of the Destroy All Humans! video game invading retailers nationwide June 21.

In addition, the Destroy All Humans! video game will feature an original score by renown Composer Garry Schyman. Destroy All Humans! will be available for the PlayStation2 and Xbox at the suggested retail price of $49.99.

"Producing the Destroy All Humans! Soundtrack has been an amazing creative experience", said Soundtrack Producer Jason Bentley, "Remixing classic 50's songs by some of today's hottest DJs resulted in a unique blend of retro and modern. The artists took a lot of inspiration from the game – creating a soundtrack that is relevant to the game, but also stands on it own."
