In single player, Titanfall 2 will deliver a crafted experience that explores the unique bond between man and machine. Playable offline, the single player campaign in Titanfall 2 will let fans step out onto The Frontier as a Militia rifleman with aspirations of becoming an elite Pilot. Stranded behind enemy lines and facing overwhelming odds, players must team up with a veteran Titan to uphold a mission they were never meant to carry out. In multiplayer, Respawn is continuing to evolve their best-in-class gameplay to provide a more robust experience that delivers expanded depth and variety that includes six new Titans, deeper Pilot abilities, more customization options, and a robust progression system that is sure to satisfy fans.
Starting March 30th, players can re-visit Colony – a fan favorite map from the first Titanfall that is filled with narrow streets, interiors, and rooftops. In addition to Colony, players can try out an all-new Pilot execution, Curb Check pilot, as well as the new R-101 carbine, all for free!
In addition to the new free content, Titanfall 2 players can also purchase new cosmetic items including Prime skins for Northstar and Legion, new Camos, Callsigns, and more.
To celebrate the launch of Colony Reborn, Respawn will be kicking off another free trial weekend. Starting March 30, those yet to experience the power of Titanfall 2 can enjoy elements of the game’s critically-acclaimed single player. This includes The Beacon, one of the missions from the main campaign, as well as the Training Gauntlet. In addition to introducing single-player content to the trial, players will also have access to all multiplayer maps and modes. The Titanfall 2 free trial weekend will end on Monday, April 3, at which point the multiplayer portion of the trial will no longer be available. However, the single player content from the trial will still be available post-April 3.
Here’s a breakdown of everything coming with Colony Reborn, which launches on March 30th.

- Colony – This classic should be familiar to long time Titanfall fans. Set among a sleepy settler town, the dense center is filled with narrow streets, interiors, and rooftops surrounded by open Titan lanes.

- R-101 - Universally well regarded for its unique versatility, the R-101 platform has been a mainstay of human conflict since the first settlers arrived from the Core Systems. This version is outfitted with ACOG scope.

FREE TRIAL
- With the launch of Colony Reborn we will also be kicking off another Free Trial weekend that will start on 3/30 and run through 4/3. We got some great feedback from the last trial so this time in addition to having access to full multiplayer, you can also play the Training Gauntlet and the single player mission The Beacon. After the trial the Training Gauntlet and The Beacon will remain free to play in perpetuity.

- To celebrate the return of Colony the Featured Playlist for that weekend will be Colony 24/7 and will support a variety of modes.
PATCH
- In addition to this there will also be a patch with a plethora of bug fixes, balancing, and game improvements. We’ll be releasing full patch notes closer to launch.
DOUBLE XP
- From 3/30 to 4/3 we’ll be running Double XP for all modes in Titanfall 2.
