Paperbound Brawlers is a gravity-defying brawler/platformer where up to four friends tear through the pages of old books to have intense and hilarious battles.
Paperbound is a game where storybook characters come to life and battle within the pages of books like Journey to the Center of the Earth. Magic has given them the ability to adjust their gravity direction to whatever surfaces they're standing on.
Paperbound combines platforming, twitchy combat, and gravity control in a competitive couch multiplayer environment. Between one and four players run with scissors, walk on walls, and lob ink bombs in whimsical-yet-intense battles within the pages of old storybooks. Play the campaign against AI bots when you're not schooling your friends.

In addition to the 360 degrees of gravitational freedom, several other twists add to the tension and drama of a match, such as the "escape through the page tear" victory mechanic which brings a second phase to the combat and causes players to momentarily team up with their adversaries.
