'NBA Live 19' (ALL) Adds Pigalle Streetwear Collection In-Game Now, In-Stores This Summer - Trailer

by Rainier on May 10, 2019 @ 7:39 a.m. PDT

NBA Live 19 will once again allow players to be THE ONE and forge their own path as one of the best high school players in the nation chasing the dream to become an all-time basketball icon.

Players can’t do it alone though, as this year’s game will challenge them to travel the globe building a squad composed of some of the world’s greatest players.

NBA Live 19 will bring numerous new features and enhancements to the hardwood, building on last year’s strong foundation. Players will be invited to take their game around the world, facing opponents on new courts in Paris, Brazil and the Philippines, with each court and tournament offering unique rules and challenges specific to those courts. NBA Live 19 also marks the introduction of Real Player Motion (RPM) Tech into the franchise, introducing thousands of new animations and smoother gameplay than ever before. The game offers more choices for clothes, shoes and gear, and a new progression-system modeled after some of the sport’s greatest icons.

The NBA Live 19 All-Star Edition includes NBA Live 19’s base game, five All-Star Ultimate Team packs that add new NBA stars to players’ Ultimate Teams, legendary All-Star uniforms and an NBA Live All-Star squad player to use in Court Battles. Court Battles are a part of the game’s acclaimed mode, The One, where players are able to compete against each other on custom courts with custom rules for a chance to win different bonuses and prizes.

NBA Live 19 unveiled its latest Livestrike, an original capsule of clothing from Parisian streetwear brand Pigalle.

Starting Friday, May 10 at 6:30 a.m. PT / 9:30 a.m. ET, and until Sunday May 19 at 8:59 p.m. PT / 11:59 p.m. ET players can access this special capsule collection ahead of its launch this summer during Paris Fashion Week. To coincide and commemorate this line making its way into NBA Live 19 this weekend, fans who visit the Pigalle Paris storefront will have a chance to receive a limited-edition collaborative Pigalle x NBA Live t-shirt for free.

The capsule collection combines Pigalle’s striking, yet minimal design with the brand’s elegant craftsmanship. While players on NBA Live’s digital court can don themselves in the collection starting this weekend, those off of it will be able to purchase pieces starting next month.

The collection will be available at Pigalle’s Paris Fashion Week popup, along with stores in Europe and Japan, including Pigalle’s shops and retailers including VMOSCOW, LHP Store, Galerie Lafayette, Champs Élysées and more.

NBA Live 19’s Livestrike updates give players the chance to earn in-game apparel based on popular street brands for free. From exclusive jersey’s to limited-time shoes, NBA Live 19’s Live Event challenges have continuously rewarded players with opportunities to collect the latest gear for free and hit the court in their own style.

NBA Live 19 is available on Xbox One and PS4.
