House Flipper is a simulator that allows you to buy ruined houses and thoroughly transform them according to your own vision. The players take on the role of a one-man renovation crew, performing the tasks requested by the customers and purchasing run-down houses to renovate and sell them at a higher price.

In addition to standard activities, such as wall painting, House Flipper also offers a whole range of other options. As part of renovation, the players can, for example, replace the electrical system, connect the heating system or install air conditioning.

The players can also count on – among others – hundreds of items, possibilities to destroy houses and various challenges.

With the Luxury DLC, dozens of types of new furniture: classic, contemporary, antique, and modern will fulfill any and all luxurious design wishes! New mechanics like installing huge decorative windows whenever you want them or building swimming pools inside your mansions will also add to the house flipping experience!

According to the developers, we’ll get over 15 jobs that will all be available as ready-to-buy houses after completing the tasks. We’ll be able to decorate them with hundreds of items to make sure that everyone finds something for themselves. And on top of that, there’s a completely new area with a beautiful map and a bunch of new residents! Yeah, you heard that right! Frozen District has added some new NPCs to spice things up and add some background to their game. Great!
